BAL Level Plus Liquid 4.5L is a latex additive specifically designed to be mixed with BAL Level Plus Powder. This combination forms a two-part, high-performance levelling and smoothing compound for floors. The liquid enhances the powder's performance, making the system more versatile and suitable for a wider array of substrates.

Product Details

• Two-part system: BAL Level Plus Liquid is exclusively used with BAL Level Plus Powder to create a two-part levelling compound.
• Enhanced performance: The liquid additive boosts flexibility, adhesion, and moisture resistance, making it suitable for challenging surfaces like:
• Flooring-grade bitumen and asphalt.
• Heated screeds and underfloor heating systems.
• Glazed ceramic tiles.
• Existing vinyl tiles (excluding LVT).
• Timber over tile backer boards.
• Directly over Damp Proof Membranes (DPMs).
• Rapid setting: With the liquid additive, the compound has a pot life of 25 minutes, is walkable in 2 hours, and ready for tiling in 3 hours.
• High strength: The two-part mix exceeds BS EN 13813 CT – C20 – F7 classification, indicating high compressive strength (>20N/mm²) and flexural strength (>7N/mm²) after 28 days.
• Versatility: The compound can be built up to 10mm thickness, or up to 30mm with the addition of aggregate.
• Smooth finish: It's self-levelling and pumpable, providing a smooth surface ideal for tiling or other floor coverings.
